Circo Plastics is a division of ToughSheet Building Products.
Our objective to use more and more packaging waste that would otherwise go to land fill sites continues with Circo Plastics. All of our products contain high levels of recycled materials that are used in construction, agricultural and outdoor products, ensuring that plastic materials are taken out of the waste stream completely.
Our commitment to recycling has been supported by our £6.5 million investment in state of the art machinery and technology, together with quality sampling and continual testing.
The whole of our process is controlled by ISO 9001/2015 together with BBA and BSI continual auditing of our methods and in-house testing facility. We were the first company to make DPM from 100% recycled material to British Board of Agreement accreditation standard and PIFA standard. We have now expanded into 100% recycled, and 100% recycleable second life plastics products.

Our much praised record producing DPM's and a continuous investment programme has produced a comprehensive range of high quality damp proof membranes.
Produced in blue or black and manufactured from high quality recycled polyethylene for use in solid concrete ground floors to protect buildings against water from the ground providing an effective barrier against liquid or water vapour for the lifetime of the concrete slab in which they are installed.
True Innovation
We have received both local and national recognition for our work in environmental achievements. In particular we work very closely with Valpak, the biggest national compliance scheme for Packaging Waste in the UK. To achieve our goals we first became accredited to ISO 9000 and now ISO 9001/2015 standard. This was followed by approval by both the British Board of Agrements and PIFA. We have had to prove that we can make a consistent quality product from an inconsistent raw material. As there has never been a totally recycled Damp Proof membrane, made to Builders regulation standard.
